All new members, we offer an Accelerated Package for 3 personal training sessions for $99.
Park Circle Athletic Club offers full service personal training for individuals and even small groups. Our trainers are certified and very knowledgeable in all aspects of health and exercise. The great thing about our program is that the basics are FREE! Every member receives a complimentary workout and consultation.
During the consultation we discuss
- Your current level of fitness
- Your current fitness routine (If any)
- Your current and future eating habits
- Any history of injuries
- Your detailed fitness goals
- A detailed plan of success
During the introductory workout we will
- Get you familiar with all of the equipment in the gym (motions, adjustments, weights etc.)
- Assess your strength, form and current mobility.
- Diagnose the areas that need improvement, and see the areas where you are excelling.
We want to give you all of the necessary tools to succeed on your own. However, for the people who want guaranteed results and personal attention, we offer 1-on-1personal training sessions with extremely flexible packages for all levels of trainees. We offer both 30-min and 1-hour sessions based on your specific needs.
These sessions range from $25 – $50 depending on your package selected (sessions purchased, how often you train, and the session length etc).
