Park Circle Athletic Club offers full service personal training for individuals and even small groups. Our trainers are certified and very knowledgeable in all aspects of health and exercise. The great thing about our program is that the basics are FREE!

In your initial consultation we discuss

  • Get you familiar with all of the equipment in the gym (motions, adjustments, weights etc.)

  • Assess your strength, form and current mobility.

  • Diagnose the areas that need improvement, and see the areas where you are excelling.

During your introductory workout we will

We want to give you all of the necessary tools to succeed on your own. However, for the people who want guaranteed results and personal attention, we offer 1-on-1personal training sessions with extremely flexible packages for all levels of trainees. We offer both 30-min and 1-hour sessions based on your specific needs.

All new members, we offer an Accelerated Starter Package for 3, 30-minute, personal training sessions for $99.
